CONSULTATION
We’ll have a meeting at our studio in Coweta, Oklahoma to discuss your wedding floral dreams and make sure we are a good fit.
(Tip: View all of our available rentals including lanterns, candles, and containers, and be inspired!)
FLOWER ORDER
After the consultation, we put together a custom floral order for your wedding.
(Tip: We always quote the dream and then work with our couples to refine their order if desired.)
SECURE DATE
Once your order is perfected, a 25% deposit is required to reserve your date.
(Tip: Your final balance is due approximately 3 weeks before your wedding, the exact date will be specified in your flower order.)
final DETAILS
Three weeks prior to your wedding, we have a call to go through your flower order line by line to confirm the final details.
(Tip: Any last-minute changes to table count, room configuration, etc. are noted in this meeting.)
We’ll have one more chat the week of your wedding to finalize delivery time, you let us know when you need to be “Picture Ready”.
(Tip: If you utilized any of our rentals, you will either return them after your wedding day or we’ll come pick them up for an additional fee.)

Can you design my florals to match an inspiration photo? We love to see your inspo boards, Pinterest boards, magazine clippings, anything to give us an idea of your style! Exact arrangements depend on budget, seasonality and availability but we can often replicate closely.
I don’t know anything about flowers! Can you help? Absolutely! As I get to know a couple and learn more about their personalities and background I can determine their floral style and make recommendations for your wedding day.
What sets you apart from other florists? We have over 20 years of experience designing flowers and our book of business is a testament to the high level of service we’ve provided during that time. I often hear from our couples and their families that our team is “so incredibly nice and a joy to work with”.
Do you offer virtual appointments? Virtual appointments are available upon request, but in-person consultations are preferred so that you can view our rentals and samples of florals in our studio.
How much do wedding flowers cost? Since each and every wedding is unique, we provide custom floral orders (quotes) after your initial consultation outlining the total cost and specific details of the order.
